"We cannot say enough good things about Alice. Alice came as a recommendation from another family who had used her for their daughter’s wedding. After hearing how happy they were and reading Alice’s reviews, there was no question that we should hire her. We hired Alice for semi-full coordination services. On our first meeting she made us realize everything that needed to be done to prepare for the big day. We would have normally been very nervous knowing these things but Alice put our minds at ease. We immediately knew we were in good hands. Alice met with my daughter and son in law on numerous occasions prior to the wedding. She provided a timeline, organized the rehearsal, coordinated with all vendors, provided wedding etiquette advice and answered any questions we had. Alice answered e-mails promptly and kept us informed of important details every step of the way.
Alice is also an excellent negotiator when it comes to prices and services and always kept us within budget. She has a creative mind and has a good vision for details. She provided us with ideas and suggestions to make the day extra special. By hiring her, we saved money overall. On the day of the wedding, Alice’s talent and professionalism really shined. We did not have to worry about anything. We were able to enjoy ourselves and mingle with our guests while knowing that Alice had everything under control. She even gave me a small radio to contact her if I needed. The funny thing is, I did not need to contact her because the day was already running smoothly, thanks to her. There were many employees and vendors during the large event and Alice provided each one of them with the direction they needed to make the wedding and reception flow perfectly. Several guests approached us during the event and made positive comments about the great job she was doing. I give all the credit to Alice. She was truly AMAZING from start to finish. We are SO PLEASED with Alice’s services and will definitely seek her services again."
